A holder of the MSc Corporate Governance from Bournemouth University — where her thesis research focused on the operationalisation of ethical leadership — Kelly's academic interests, combined with over 25 years of practical governance and company secretarial experience, have culminated in a deep specialisation within the emergent field of impact governance.
Kelly's career has spanned a variety of private and public purpose sectors, predominantly within financial services, giving her a uniquely broad perspective on governance in practice. Through her innovative impact framework, she guides organisations and leadership teams to integrate sustainability and purpose into core business strategy — and to govern with genuine impact.
